Shipping And Return Policies

At ESTHER & REHO LLC, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following shipping policy:

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

All in-stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, and sometimes even on the same day. Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing a summary of your order, as well as your shipping and billing details.

Shipping via USPS:

  • Orders will be shipped via USPS. You will receive a system-generated email when your order is processed, and a second email with tracking information once the package is in transit.

New Releases or Pre-Orders:

  • All New Release pieces have been ordered and confirmed from our factories. They will arrive within 10-15 business days from the date of order placement. As soon as they arrive on-site, they will be shipped out promptly, and you will receive a tracking number via email. The order date can be found in the item description.

In-Stock Items:

  • Items that are already in stock are shipped daily, and tracking notifications are emailed to you.
  • If you order New Releases or Pre-Order items along with in-stock items in the same order, the entire order will be shipped together as soon as the new items arrive. You will receive a tracking number via email.

Return Policy

We accept returns for the following reasons: Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items considered hygiene-sensitive like underwear and swimwear." 

Missing Items: 

If any items are missing from your order, please email us within 3 business days of receipt, Include a photo and description of the missing items. We will replace them, or if they are out of stock, a similar item will be shipped to you at no additional charge or refund

Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for missing or lost packages during return transit. If you encounter such an issue, please contact the shipping company for a claim.
