Shipping, Return, Refund-Policies!

At ESTHER & REHO LLC, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following shipping, return, and refund policies:

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

All in-stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, and sometimes even on the same day. Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing a summary of your order, as well as your shipping and billing details.

Shipping via USPS:

  • Orders will be shipped via USPS. You will receive a system-generated email when your order is processed, and a second email with tracking information once the package is in transit.

New Releases or Pre-Orders:

  • All New Release pieces have been ordered and confirmed from our factories. They will arrive within 10-15 business days from the date of order placement. As soon as they arrive on-site, they will be shipped out promptly, and you will receive a tracking number via email. The order date can be found in the item description.

In-Stock Items:

  • Items that are already in stock are shipped daily, and tracking notifications are emailed to you.
  • If you order New Releases or Pre-Order items along with in-stock items in the same order, the entire order will be shipped together as soon as the new items arrive. You will receive a tracking number via email.

Return Policy

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right or provide a refund.

Missing Items:

If any items are missing from your order, please email us within 3 business days of receipt. Include a photo and description of the missing items. We will replace them, or if they are out of stock, a similar item will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

Clothes Refund Policy

1- you have 5 business days after receiving your package to email us at "customer@estherf.store" with a photo and description of the damage.

2- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right or refunded if your return is acceptable.

3- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Notice: Jewelry Refund Policy

All Jewelry Sales Are Final:

Please note that all jewelry sales are final. However, if any items are missing, broken, or defective upon receipt, please email us within 3 business days with a photo and description of the damage. We will replace the item or provide a similar item at no additional charge if it is out of stock.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost Packages:

ESTHER & REHO LLC is not responsible for missing or lost packages during return transit. If you encounter such an issue, please contact the shipping company for a claim.
